Dear aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you want to go for 2nd round so you can definitely go by opting the upgrade or float option in josaa or any counselling.

But note this if you have chosen to freeze the seat and after that you have paid the seat acceptance fee so you won't have the option to participate in the next round.
