with 174marks in neet can I apply for consulling I belong to general category and I live in Delhi

You can apply for Management Seats. With such low marks you wont get State Quota seats in Govt or Pvt colleges

What r management seat and will it's degree will have value in future and what will be the fee
Seats in college which require you to pay ! Govt seats are highly subsided ! State Quota seats in Pvt colleges charge less than management.The degree is of same value ! The degree will only show that you have passed MBBSMin fee- 30 lakhs
