At 20k rank, chances for a completely free govt. seat in NIIMS are slim because BPT seats in reputed colleges usually close at much higher ranks. But since you’re OBC, you still have some concession chances in later rounds. Keep NIIMS as an option but also apply to other affiliated govt. paramedical colleges through convenor quota—you might land a subsidized seat there.

With a 20,000 rank in EAMCET under the OBC category, it will be very difficult to get a free government seat at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS/NIIMS) in BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy), because NIMS is one of the top institutes in Telangana with very high competition and typically seats in BPT under convenor quota close at much lower ranks (generally within 3,000–5,000 for OBC). At a 20k rank, chances are almost nil for a government seat, but you may explore private physiotherapy colleges under convenor quota where OBC reservation may help reduce fees.

With your 20000 rank in eamcet there is very little chance to get into government seat at niims in BPT with your category because the closing rankers at 10000 you can also considered for any the private institutions if you are looking for any other private colleges specifically you can check their official website for more update

With your rank that is 20,000 in EAMCET yor chances of getting afree government seat at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences in Bachelor of Physiotherapy are quite low because the cutoff for government quota in NIIMS BPT usually closes at a much lower rank mostly under 5,000–8,000 even for OBC candidates.
