With 3lk rank in obc can I do state wise counselling for Rajasthan and punjab?

Dear your rank is not so good still you can have statewise counselling.If this is your JEE Mains rank then it is possible that you may get good govt. engineering colleges of Rajasthan and if you belongs to Punjab then also you can have your counselling.Rajasthan state colleges use REAP for the admissions in undergraduate courses.For REAP last date to fill online registration form is 29 June.
