All the best,
Thank you.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in karnataka through state quota .You might get Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore sone the minimum marks admitted for an obc candidate was 407 in 2018.
You can aim for many other government medical colleges in karnataka through state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best

Good luck
At 502 you have a fair chances of getting seat in this college.
Also with your score you can get any govt medical college under STATE QUOTA as highest cut off in OBC CATEGORY was 407 for the above mentioned college.
Having said that cut off change every year as ut depends on various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, total number of seats, difficulty level of exam etc. And this year the exam was bit easy so the cut offs are expected to increase.
Even with the increase in cut off you will surely get seat in GOVT medical college.
All the best
