As per your score in JEE Mains 2019 you are definitely elligible for JEE Advance according to your previous year cutoff. Last year JEE Mains cutoff was 29 only so you are on safer side. Generally cutoff changes by some minor difference. So, no worry starts your JEE Advance preparation with full potential. Work hard and give your best so that you reach to IIT.
