with 94.96% in jee mains and obc rank 14898...can i get seat in NIT trichy?if yes, what course can i get?homestate (tamilnadu)

With this rank it will be not possible to get nit Trichy.
You need the secure atleast 6-8 thousand (. Category rank ) even better than this according to branch.
