with 99.85 percentile which nit cs can i get

You have obtained amazing 99.8 percentile in JEE Main. Based on this your Common Rank list (CRL) rank would be 1800 approximately. The allocation of colleges is done on the basis of CRL rank and category rank, if any in JoSAA. But you have not mentioned your category. Nevertheless, with such percentile you will definitely get Computer science Engineering (CSE) in many NIT.
