With a Neet mark of 510 is it possible get admission in St Johns Medical College, Bangalore?? What is the total yearly fee??

For sure with a neet rank of 6014, we will not get MBBS seat in first allotment, (2nd allotment may be a chance to get) ; same time ComedK and St.Johns allotments are in process.., don't know whether I have to wait for neet 2nd allotments or have to take admission in private college!! Can you please advice ??
