Based on previous years' trend, I am afraid to say that with 148 marks in NEET 2020, you will not get any decent private medical colleges in Karnataka worth doing MBBS; However, you belong to the General category as well.
The fees of decent Medical college under Management Quota will vary from 45 lakhs to 75 lakhs. I will suggest you ponder over re-attempt next year.
