Based upon the marks that you have mentioned(assuming that the marks are for the present year) there are chances for management quota seats in private medical colleges for your domicile. Now the fees for management quota are different for different colleges. Generally the admission fees for management quota are 2 or 3 times more than the original admission fees.

Based on previous years' trend, I am afraid to say that with 148 marks in NEET 2020, you will not get any decent private medical colleges in Karnataka worth doing MBBS; However, you belong to the General category as well.

The fees of decent Medical college under Management Quota will vary from 45 lakhs to 75 lakhs. I will suggest you ponder over re-attempt next year.
