no. for any place in India if you need to study BAMS, you are expected to have a very good neet score. without neet you cant really study BAMS. EAMCET is kind of exam of engineering. NEET is for all kind of medicine.
so you cant study BAMS with EAMCET.if you really Need BAMS then write NEET in 2021 (if you have biology in 12th), then join BAMS course.
