See NIT ROURKELA hold the 3rd position among the ranking of NITs. U should be getting a high score to bag a seat in CSE branch in that college. Ur marks should be above 250 if u are from the GEN category. Everything can't be predicted right now as the level of the paper also changes and u might get a easier paper, which will increase the cut off or harder paper , which will decrease the cut off.
