The solution that you expect can be provided by no one, AIIMS is much tougher than NEET and the stakes too are high, if you think that you can clear aiims by studying overnight then its not possible, it requires months of hardwork, patience and sacrifices, your best option would be to take another drop and prepare harder and perform better in NEET-2020. (you have an option for private medical colleges to consider.)
