CoCubes assessment is a comprehensively designed employability test conducted by Aon PLC for final year MBA and engineering students as well as for institutes. It also helps clients to find talented professionals and improve business performance through people performance. It delivers 30 million assessments each year in 40+ languages.

According to the official website, CoCubes has associated with 750+ corporate clients like Adobe, Indiamart, JSW Cement, Motorola, Olx Group, Swiggy, etc. More than 30,000 candidates got placed through CoCubes assessment with an average package of 4 lakh and the highest package of 40 lakh, it claims.
CoCubes Assessment maps candidates job fitness using the job fitness mapping algorithm which drives on the basis of the candidate's score and job requirements that are explained above in the image.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
Candidates who have completed or presently pursuing B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, M.E/M.Tech Courses are eligible for CoCubes Test.
Some companies also have eligibility criteria of 60% in the 10th, 12th, and graduation.
Registration Process

Complete your basic details like name, email, mobile number, and password.
Click on sign up, and candidates will receive a notification with their username.
Login with username and password and verify your email and mobile number.
Candidates can further log in using this username and password.
Add your personal details, education details, skills, industrial projects, academic projects, and profile picture, and build your profile.
Click on Book Cocubes, complete required details like application fees of 1199 Rs + GST and attempt an assessment test.
Finally candidates will receive a cocubes report which is a comprehensive assessment report.

Phase 2: Technical interview
On the basis of role, position, and industry a set of panelists assess the candidates and they can ask some real-time questions in a particular domain.
Phase 3: HR Interview
This is the final stage of the interview and it determines the key aspects of the personality of the candidates on the basis of basic questions like introduction, education qualifications, experience, etc, and during the interview, candidates can discuss financial compensation for the job.
