Admission to LL.B. courses is through entrance examinations conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala.

Admission through Common Entrance Test (CUSAT - CAT) **

• Admission into 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and a three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into a 3-year law course.
• The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence/open schooling method).
• The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.

• At the time of admission the candidate should have passed plus two examinations with at least 60% marks including languages in the Science group/Commerce group or with at least 55% marks including languages in Arts/Humanities stream. Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities or belonging to SEBC communities with a pass in the plus two examinations with 50% percent marks are entitled to seek admission
