    Admission Details

    Admission to B.Tech course is done through EAMCET, a common entrance test conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State.

    Admissions under Convenor's Quota or Category A (70% of intake in each branch):

    • All the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted into this college by the Convenor at the EAMCET counseling as per merit based on EAMCET rank and marks in the Intermediate examination.
    • The candidates should satisfy the local/non-local status requirement as laid down in the TS Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order 1974 as amended from time to time.

    Admissions under Category B (30% of intake in each branch):

    • These seats will be filled by the college as per the guidelines of TS . Govt. after due govt notification.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State. The admission pattern to B. Tech is as follows: 

    The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects. 

    1. 70 % of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the EAMCET. 

    2. 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates. 

    3. In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B. Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under lateral entry scheme.
