It is not possible to get a seat in councelling  of college under cusat entrance examination without the registration for any of the courses. If you have to attend the councelling it is only possible if you register for it.

If you filled a wrong information in form of cusat cat then don't worry their will be a chance given by the college to the students to correct the errors in their form and resubmit it. Their will be a fixed time for resubmitting, dates are announced at

Tejus you can get admission in Information technology branch in Cochin University College of Engineering, Kuttanad. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs.

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

 Sorry to say that you are not eligible to get admission in School of Engineering for Electronic and Communication Engineering as your rank is not quite well , to get admission in same a candidate should atleast acquire 2100 rank 

But there are many other branch in which

Obtaining a 1723 rank in CUSAT CAT, you have a less chance to get Computer Science in main campus.

You can get Electronics and Communication or Information Technology easily in the main campus.

Go for the councelling upto the last round of cusat hou have very good rank you must get fire and safety
