I would say you should check out the official website of cusat and see the cutoff as you are reserved student you may get and if you don't get soe choose cucek because cusat has only two colleges and both are great so I would suggest just choose cusat

Yes you have qualified the exam then there are chances to get the admission. You have to wait for the further rounds of the counselling. So wait if seats are not filled with the previous rounds then you will be having the extra rounds for the admission.
