As per the previous years cutoff it’s very hard to get admission in Gcet.
For getting any branch in Gcet you have to score around 40 marks.
But every year cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes.
So there can be some chances for admission in the
it will be difficult to get an admission at GCET as they have less seats and they consider rank below 1k.
so your rank is not satisfying the selection criteria.

Well you scored not so good but an average rank in jkcet entrance examination..
At this rank you can get admission in the colleges under jkcet entrance examination but your chances are not much high. You can get seat in some of the college in branch like civil,ece

If you have good rank in catg JKPM then your percentile don't matter much for admissions.
Cut-offs are more for any branch than your rank in cat exams. Still you can apply and try for admission. There are chances if you are in caste category for admissions.
