From what I could find out, you just have to update your score on the portal before the deadline. It appears that they do accept GMAT scores from 2019 onwards so there seems to be no bar as to the latest GMAT score that you get and upload

A GMAT score is valid for 5 years. Even if you have a 5 year Old Score you can apply with it. As far as your issue is concerned, I believe initially in the MICA Application only your GMAT Score will be asked which you easily get to know poat
