Hi Shikha,your chance of getting admission in hpcet mca is very low,as they require 50% in the qualifying examination(45% for reserved categories).

Along with this they also require Mathematics in 10+2, and also Bachelor's degree for min 3 years.

Yes you will be able to get admission in some government colleges with this marks in hpcet. One such college is University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Chandigarh from past year cut off trend. The old Cut off are not a measure of current year admission as various candidates appear and seat position modifies on ROI. Hello Riya, you have decent marks in HPCET but as you know out of the few government college available in statr only one offers CSE. And most its seat get reserved by near 120 marks. But still you can try your luck and it I will suggest that always keep a backup plan. Their are many good private university out their which are way better than most goverment college.

You less marks so you have very less chances of getting government college but because of the reserve category you might get seat .           

There are very few government college in Himachal. So chances are very less so you will not able to choose your branch

Below I have listed the important dates regarding HPCET counselling - 

• HPCET counselling Registration - June 6 to June 20,2019
• Round 1 counselling (On tha basis of JEE Main) - 1st July to 6th July,2019
• Round 1 counselling (On tha basis of HPCET) - 8th July to 12th July,2019
• Round 2 counselling (On tha basis of JEE Main) - 16th July to 20th July,2019
• Round 2 counselling (On tha basis of HPCET) - 23rd July to 26th July,2019
• Counselling on the basis of 10+2 Marks - 29th to 30th July,2019

Since you want to attend the counselling on the basis of HPCET , then you have to first go for round 1 counselling from 8 to 12 July. And if you dont get a seat in round 1 counselling then go for round 2 counselling from 23 to 26 July.

HPCET has multiple rounds for admission acorrding to merit rank and reservation.

Round 1,2 & 3 are scheduled on 2nd July,8th July and 16th July respectively.

As you have got 53 Mark's in HPCET and you belong to reserve category in Himachal Pradesh and also you want to get electrical engineering  in B.tech,  I would like to tell you that because of your reservation,  you have a lot of chance to get good government college.  You may have to wait till round 2 or 3. Some of the college are Government Engineering College,  Rajiv Gandhi Government College, Bells Institute of Technology and Management,Himachal Institute of Technology ,Devbhumy Institue of Engineering and Technology.
