The aggregate criteria for all Categories is one and the same. According to the e-prospectus https://jnu.ac.in/admission/e-prospectus-2020-21.pdf, you should have completed your Bachelor's degree in a 10+2+3 format with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 50% if you have Social sciences as subjects and its 55% if you studied Science and Technology disciplines. So unfortunately with 45% you are not eligible.

Yes, you can do MA in International Affairs after Btech if you want to change the course of technical degree and move to a non-technical course.

JNU doesn't offer Psychology as a course But it is one of the subjects in the curriculum of various courses like Social Sciences in Health, Educational Studies, Social Systems, Women Studies. It is offered as Social Psychology or Research Methods in Psychology Critical Perspectives in Psychology, etc. These are various subjects at PG level. 1. Books by Baylis and Smith, OP Gauba to develop your theoretical concepts.
2. You can go for books written on Indian government and politics by Bidyut Chakravarty and Rajendra Pandey.
3. B.R. Mehta's book on Indian Political Thought.
4. Book written by Sushila Ramaswamy & C.L. Wayper on Classical Poitical Philosophy.
5. Save some time to go through the current affairs thoroughly.
Remember that reading is important, but the most important part is developing exceptional and coherent writing skills. Practice writing your answers. Don't forget to go through the previous year question papers of JNUEE. Also, try to read the recent debates and a basic book on Indian History.

- The usual senior secondary schooling or (10+1) and (10+2) level PUC.
-Diploma courses in Engineering.

In BHU, you can take admission in diploma courses like Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Musical, Vocal or Instrumental, after your Class 10th.
If you want to take admission in Class 11th, you can apply for the schooling unit of BHU i.e. Central Hindu School (CHS), affiliated to CBSE, which is a very prestigious institution.
