See this is difficult to predict the ranks will differ year to year. Basically KEA uses PU and KCET socres in equal ratios but there are other factors that make a difference like the number of applicants, So a large number may mean that ranks wont be the same.

I checked 2018's KCET cutoff and the data I got is as follows:
Round 1 ECE - 7017
ROUND 2 ECE-7302.
So you don't really stand a chance in getting Electronics here, but yes,you can get Electrical and Electronics here as its final cutoff went upto 13610.

There is no fixed number which decides the KCET rank of a candidate for that particular year. There are factors on which the cut off for KCET Exam changes every year some factors like Number of Candidates appearing for Exam, Difficulty of Exam, Marks obtained in 12 Class etc…
