It's be a good score if selection criteria for rank is lower but not sure to say you will get rank within 2000 . It's should be lies within 2.5 k to 3 k as you have got .

For getting rank below 1000 , first criteria is getting 90-95% in PCM which is already fulfilled for you. Now second criteria is getting 130-160marks out of 180 in KCET which is around 72-90%.

Unfortunately, your rank 11036 in KCET is not enough to get you a seat in R V College of engineering as it has very high cut-off and for computer science branch you have to get rank above 570. With your mentioned rank and category you can get CSE

I am really sorry to say that there is no any other possible way to apply KCET 2019 . Either you wait for the next entrance exam or else better join in a college with your 12th marks if possible
