The full form of SAAT is Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Admission Test.
There is no such cutoff for specific branches in ITER. They take admission till seats are filled. If your rank is within the range 1-1000 you can easily get into the branch you choose. And if you don't get into branch you can easily change your branch after first semester and the only criteria is you have to score equal or above 8.5 SGPA.
