As per your question , saat exam is a national level  entrance  test is conducted by Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Deemed to be University every year. pass percentage of general category is 45 % and sc / st category percentage of 40% . Duration of exam 3 hours  .  students who want to write saat exam should be passed in class 12th .

The eligibility criteria for admission into BBA is the candidates appearing or passed 12th with an aggregate of 50% marks and must have a valid SAAT score.

1. You are required to register for the exam by providing your details such as name, date of birth, email id, mobile number, gender, etc.
2. You should fill in all the details such as Name, Guardian’s Name, Guardian’s or Parent’s Income, Occupation etc.
3. Enter all the required details such as Qualifying exam, Board, University, Year of Passing etc.
4. You should upload your recent passport-sized scanned image and scanned signature in jpg format.
5. You should select and mark the exam centre as per your convenience. SAAT exam is conducted in almost 40 cities and applicants can choose from around 62 exam centres across India.
6. You should review the form for all the missing details and errors and click on submit. There is no application fee for SAAT 2022.

See there is no direct admission for MBBS course but you need to apply for NEET UG because admission to MBBS course is only taken on the basis of NEET UG score and for 2022 the application process is now over for NEET UG and now you cannot apply for it in fact, NEET UG 2022 is scheduled for July 17th, 2022 so if you have not registered for it then you cannot appear in it. And now you will have to wait till next year i.e. 2023.
