On the basis of your rank your chance of getting Govt college on BSc in Agriculture is quite low.But it still depends on the category you belong and also the counselling. I would suggest you to attend the counselling procedure for Govt colleges.

Both MGIT (not autonomous) and CVSR (autonomous) are very good colleges for Civil Engineering. But I would suggest you to join CVSR because CVSR is a good college with best infrastructure and good placements facilities. After CVSR, you can prefer MGIT. MGIT also has a very good infrastructure
