Hi! I think you would easily get CSE in some government college because most of the rankers didn't participate in the counselling, and as a result the cutoff decreases. So have faith in yourself, you have done awesome. Hope you would get even better college than you have expected.

You should go for counselling and concentrate on colleges which come under your state because by chance you might get a seat .second thing there are few good colleges which are private but too good and if you have given exam for them then you should go for counselling like

now coming to your question,if you find CSE interresting and facinating then my advice would be to fill it in bundelkhand uviversity or some other good colleges coming under UPSEE.otherwise ECE is also a good branch and having a lot of scope in future.
