Here you have not mentioned your category and rank . So here I assume you to be a general category and your rank rank will around 65000.

So, I think it is not possible for any student with this rank to get into the any textile college.

You may not any government college for B.Tech biotechnology because the previous year minimum cutoff rank for B.Tech biotech in Bundelkhand University was 1530 (for only 60 seats in that branch) and you are from the general category also.
