To fill the application of UPSEE, you need to go to the application window and click on apply. Then follow these steps:

• Read the application guidelines before filling Online Registration form
• Fill personal details - like name, nationality, , gender, and enter and validate Aadhaar number
• Fill academic

UPSEE application form has started from 23rd January, 2018. As per the eligibility you shuld have minimum 45% in class 12th as a General Category & 40% as a reserved Category. You can check the other detail with the given below link.

There is reservation for seats for army quota students in UPSEE. 

2% seats are reserved for Dependents of Freedom Fighters from Uttar Pradesh

5% seats are reserved for Sons / Daughters of defence personnel of U.P. either retired (superannuated) or killed/disabled in action or defence personnel posted in U.P./defence personnel

Appearing student in class 12th can apply for the exam. So you can appear for UPSEE 2018 exam, at the time of counselling you should have your all the documents. You can check the eligibiliy & detail of the exam with the given below link.

Yes you can. This is allowed for Computer Science even if you belong to civil or any other branch. However you can apply for lateral entry and that is paper 6 for UPSEE. Pls check the details in the UPSEE brochure and download here
