To be able to appear in UPSEE, you need to fulfil either of the following conditions :
You should have passed the qualifying examination from an institution located in UP or your parent (s) is a domicile of UP.

In B.Sc Computer Science you need to study the subjects Computer Programming Theory, Electronics, Mathematics, Statistics.
To apply for the programme you should be passed class 12th with Physics, Chemstry & English. The eligibility may be vary college to college.

AMUEEE 2018 timings- exam will begin at 10:00 am. Whereas timings of UPSEE are not yet disclosed.

The admission will be based on Jee main score/rank as earlier it was under UPTU so if you wish to get into HBTI then you will have to crack Jee with required score.

Yes, you can appear in UPSEE exam.
Students who don't have domicile certificate for UP will be eligible for only private engineering colleges.

UPSEE application form is expected in the third week of January, 2018. As per the eligibility criteria you should have minimum 50% in class 12th as a general category & 45% as a reserved category. To check the complete information you can go through with the given below link.

The applicatiion form of AMUEEE is likley to be made avilable in the last week of January 2018.
No, you will not be eligible to take admission in government colleges.
You will be only eligible to take admission in private colleges.
