It is absolutely fine even if your signature looks very small. As long as your signature on the ID proff matches with that on your admit card it will be acceptable. Also, in CAT you upload a scanned copy of your signature but in ID proofs it is

If you have uploaded the original photo correvtly in the said format, you dont need to worry as the system records will verify it. 

Although I would suggest you to take a enlarged copy of your admit card along with you and also the original passport sized photograph
