the applications are already started from november and last date for applying for the application is november 20th 2018 and the admit card will be availabe on april 15th 2019 in the NEET offical website

If you have uploaded the original photo correvtly in the said format, you dont need to worry as the system records will verify it. 

Although I would suggest you to take a enlarged copy of your admit card along with you and also the original passport sized photograph
