You have to apply for JEE (Main) by entering 14 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID/UR No. (Including slash) printed on the slip issued by aadhaar centre after submitting updation request.

Nowhere in the booklet does it state that you must upload your father's signature this time. When you begin filling out the form, everything will become clear. It is doubtful, though, that you will be required to upload your father's signature.

Please share when did you submit the form and if you dont get the confirmation within 1 week then you can contact the Regional Centre of SSC with all documents and keep the receipt/evidence for offline/online payment safely.
