No , you need not upload live photo in Neet application form also in any application form candidate need not to upload live photo.generally in any application form candidate should upload the photo not older than one or two month from starting date of application form.

In this situation in my opinion you can fill a new application form by using another mobile number and email id .hope you have not done payment in your incorrect application.
in gpat there no second chance to edit your application form like NEET.

Indian Maritime University will release the application form registration window from 1st week of april in online mode. The last date will be around 2nd week of may.
For OBC and General the fees for application form is Rs.1000. and for ST/SC is 700. Candidates have to pay online.
I am general category but on online application they fill as obc(ncl)
the application for for UPES is 1350 Indian Currency and 75 USD for foriegners. There are total 8 departments which offers over 142 courses for admission. Last Date for Btech applicants is 3rd May.
As said by the officials , there is 94% success placement rate of the college.
