No, For Odisha MBBS admission in 2nd round there will be no option for fresh registration. you will get the only option for choice filling after vacant seat available list uploaded. If you have done 1st round registration then you can do further counseling. You can check Schedule from below

If you had not registered for 1st round or had not alloted any seat in aiims counsellings then yes, you have to register again for tge aiims open round counselling process.

The NATA counselling for first attempt began on April 14 and for second attempt, it began on July 7.
