It's okay that you chose float to move to another round that is the second round for UPSEE counselling. You only have to pay one time fees that is the registration fees before the commencement of first round. That fees will be adjusted by AKTU in whichever college

The EWS quota is announced in West Bengal in July 2019 only. So its implementation might take some time and hence it is clear that NEET 2019 candidates will not be able to take its benefit.

In oder to get the ews facility you must have a certificate that proves you belong to ews category.. Once you have certificate and during registration you have chosen the same category option you will get the benefit... Good luck.. Hope this helps..

That is not the way how UPSEE counselling system works. If you choose the float option, it means you go to another round of counselling and you will loose your seat in the college you got after first round. If you choose freeze, you exit from the counselling
