No you can't change the category or sub category if once you have successfully registered for the counselling and now the the 1st round counselling has also started and the seats filling choices is also locked, no chance of changing the category or subcategory.

You have to do nothing.You will be considered automatically for the subsequent rounds if you won't get a seat in any of the rounds.So,keep checking the seat allotments on their official websites.The next round seat allotment will be on 9th July,2019.So,keep that in mind.

yes student need to submit the ration card while the councelling procedure including other certificates.

if incase you dont have a ration card then it may lead to raise problems while the scholarship and fee reimbuirsement.

so make sure you have all certificates and got verified while councelling
