The state quota cutoff for government medical colleges in Delhi in 2018 was 562-640 marks(510-623 marks in 2017) and for the delhi university college was 567-603 marks.

So going as per trends, you have chances for getting seat under 85% quota but those are not very high.

No dear, you are not eligible for 2nd round, as to participate in 2nd you have to participate in 1st round of counselling.

ESI admission in IP quota has received a stay from Madras High court. Hence it was withdrawn from the first counselling list. If it gets applied or not it's yet to get decided by the government, so better you stay tuned with the official website.
