Well dear,if you have been alotted a seat in round 1 and would like to upgrade your seat or you want other seat,then that's all upto you,you can apply for the second round,just don't register for the alotted seat in round one.

After the online document verification and seat allotment. You have two options either freeze or float. If you choose freeze then you confirm your seat and you have to go to the alloted college for document verification. If you choose float then you have to wait for next round.
