so as the verification is done already now you cant get the reimbuirsement.but you can get the free seat in college and have to pay 60k per year

Medical certificates are not required at the time of counselling,but at the time of admission you must have one.
At the time of counselling your academic certificates are evaluated,domicile certificate,caste certificate,income certificate are only required.But at the time of college admission you must be fit and fine and

If you want to get a seat through your general rank, then you don't need your caste certificate to be presented at the document verification center. But if you want a seat through your category rank then you will have to carry the caste certificate to the venue.

No need to update caste certificate but It is advisable to renew OBC certificate periodically. Because diff govt. exam allows diff. time validity on the certificate.
One's caste is solely related to birth. One does not need to apply for caste certificate every year as her/his caste cannot change
