If you want to have fee reimbursement you need to submit your income certificate ,try to get your income certificate with old ration card for free reimbursemment

Fee waiver seat is reserved for students with low family income independent of category . you have to compromise with college if you want fee waiver seat. Armed forced category will help you in getting admission on a non fee waiver seat. therefore both the reservations are different and cannot

The counselling process of jee main paper two or b.arch is done through JOSSA. All eligible candidates need to fill their choices for which the date is over.

You will be allotted seats according to merit list.

Hi aspirant

As per your rank,percentile and category you may not get government engineering college because your rank is too low to meet the cutoff of govt colleges .Therefore i would suggest you to look some better private colleges with good facilities and placements because attending josaa counselling is meaningless

The certificate are issued from one state to another when you complete 10 years of residency at the particular state where you want to transfer.

Or you will be considered in open category that's why they require your domicile and non creamy layer certificate

After the completion of the seventh round of JEE MAINs counselling, the registration and fee payment for the special round begins immediately. As for 2019, the  registration for special rounds are scheduled from 24 July
