Sterlin, you cannot apply to JoSAA counselling. To be eligible for JoSAA counselling and seat allocation, one needs to secure more than the cutoff. And this year the cutoff was 89.

Yes in short you should save your money by not applying the JAC DELHI counseling form , because as per my latest information regarding last year cutoff of University which take admission through JAC Delhi ends at max 40k even for DTU(biotechnology stream) for Delhi candidate.
