Your category must have been considered during your admission process. NEET scorecard has both the ranks , ALL INDIA RANK and ALL INDIA categoryr rank. While admission into any any college , it is the ALL INDIA category rank which is taken into consideration for any admission process.

The AIQ neet cut off for 2018 ranges from 590 to 552 marks.Also 533 marks is the cut off through AIQ for government dental college.So there is absolutely no chance of getting a government college through AIQ.

yes you can apply for JAC delhi. since your obc rank is average enough you can problaly get a seat in nits like nit sikkim,mizoram,manipur. i will suggest you to go for the jossa counselling. if you are lucky enough you can probably have a chance of getting a seat.....all
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-13000 in SC category and considering the seats and closing ranks of NLUs chances are bleak that you'll get into NLUs but you have a decent score and there are legions of good colleges out there with equally good
