if a candidate is giving improvement exam then how will he/she will apply for jossa counselling because improvement marksheet comes in June end? and also special round jossa counselling ask for marksheet then what we have to do?

rehan18alam Student Expert 13th Mar, 2020

Dear aspirant,

You will get the result online and you could print that out and go for the counselling procedure. In case you don't have your marksheet the administration will ask you to write an application regarding the issue and that you will produce the marksheet as soon as you get it otherwise you are willing to give up the admission. talk the admission through this and they will definitely help you out there is no need to panic.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

can one reshuffle choices once filled during 1st counselling of PG medical ?

Mrinalini Sarkar 21st Nov, 2020

Hello,

No I do not think anyone can change or reshuffle the choice they made during 1st counselling of PG medical as the choice once made is followed till the next round. For the next round you can change your preferences but till then you have to go through round 1 with the choices you filled.

Hope it helps.

Good luck.

Era Madaria 21st Oct, 2020

Hi Student

You should select your category during the time of filling in the NEET PG application form. After that you cannot claim any changes in your Category whatsoever. And Counselling is based on the merit list and the categories that you have chosen during the time of filling the application.

ive wrongly entered my 12th percetile as 80.16 insted of 81.5 during neet admission and i missed my correction date ... so if i show my original 12th certificate during counselling i can still get into medical college without any problem right?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 12th Mar, 2020
What matters ia whether you fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria by scoring the required aggregate in your 12th. Now you have scored the required aggregate and it is a matter of 1-2%. It is a mistake and it should have been corrected but it didnt happen. So moving on, if you show your original documwnts during document verification and counsellung, you should be fine. Should you get a seat in a Medical College, you can certainly take admission.

Ews quota applicable for DNB 2020 counselling??

Mrinalini Sarkar 21st Nov, 2020

Hello,

For the time being EWS quota is applicable for DNB 2020 counselling but still it a debatable matter. Many candidates are protesting against it as due to the reservation of EWS Quota many seats of open category are compromised and candidates are facing difficulties to get a seat even after scoring very well in the exam.

Hope it helps.

Good luck.

Is mop up round counselling for Neetpg is only for deemed & private colleges?

iammohdshareef 1st Feb, 2020

Hello,

.

Mop up rounds as said especially for filling up the seats which aren't occupied. So, all the Universities/Institutes public/private sectors participates in mop up round for filling up there seats. It is also for the Deemed/Central Universities and ESIC Quota. The seats that are vacant due to non-allotted, non joining and non reporting of round 2 will be published on the website and if you are eligible you have to submit fresh choices and the final result will be done on the basis of choice and merit. Students registering for the first time, candidates who already registered but did not get a seat in round 1 and round 2 and all candidates except who hold a seat from round 1 or round 2 are eligible for mop up round.
