yes, you can pursue your b.tech degree in marine engineering. the eligibility criteria for btech lateral entry for marine engineering is 3 years diploma course in mechanical/marine/electrical with 55% marks in diploma.
your btech course will be three years as you would join from 2nd year of b.tech.

As per your query unfortunately, Bennett university which is located in greater noida does not provide b.com honours course. The college provides only B.A., B.Tech and B.Tech lateral, BALLB hons, BBA, BBA+LLB hons, MBA, PhD, PG Diploma courses to the students.
Ofcourse Madras institute of technology is very well for aeronautical engineering. It is one of the oldest and as everybody knows apj abdul kalam is an alumni of the college. The college will give you almost same opportunities like iits but not saying exactly like iits specially for
