Hello Aspirant,
Hope your doing good.
Some of the basic steps to apply for convocation letter are :
- Requisition letter written to the Controller of Examinations and signed by the candidate only (Not by anybody else)
- Xerox copy of Photo Identity card of Adar card/Driving License/Passport /Identity card issued by the Institution.
- Every student is expected to fill Online Convocation Form at the respective Academic Study Centre.
- Student should have copy of final exam Marksheet, Passing Certificate & Photo Identity proof and should deposit fees of appropriate amount at the Academic Study Centre.
- The Convocation forms will be accepted by the university within 15 days from the declaration of the result or as per the University schedule.
- Incomplete forms and forms received after the prescribed last date, will not be accepted.
Make sure every detail is entered right for the convocation to be recieved early
