In addition to it for your Genaral ability and general knowledge part, refer to the class 10th books of Social Science and Science, which will cover you history, civics, political science and geography part, and the other one will cover you physics, chemistry and biology.
For general knowledge, you can refer Pratiyogita Darpan.
For Mathematics, Arihant refresher
For English vocabulary and grammar- Arihant

first make a plan so that you can get little bit analysis on the subject you are having and according to that make a timetable and give the less time for easy topic you feel and little more time for the harder topic you feel most importantly manage your time

try to solve mock tests and also try to solve minimum 150-200 mcqs daily

It is good to see that the young men like you are interested in joining the armed forces. If this is your first attempt, then it is good that you want to go to a coaching centre. Some of the best coaching centres in India are;

If this is your first time, then it is good that you are planning to go for coaching classes. It will help you get familiar with the rigorous environment. The environment is such, that as a civilian you might not be used to it, the closest which can come to that environment are the SSB coaching academies. There will be several tasks which you will have to perform to the best of your ability. Some of the tasks will be group tasks and some will be individual tasks. I also suggest you start reading newspapers (If you don’t do it currently). Since you will be evaluated on physical parameters as well, I suggest you start doing some cardio and strength exercises as well. Learn to speak confidently and express yourself without sounding over enthusiastic. Be to the point.

All these points will be told to you at the SSB coaching centre as well, but I am just giving you a heads up so that you are better prepared mentally. You will be probed emotionally, physically and mentality for a weakness. Another important this is to be truthful and honest. If you fake, it will eventually be found out.
Most important of all enjoy yourself out there. You will learn more about yourself in those five days, than you have ever learnt in your entire life till now.

The CDS exam consists of three papers- English, General Awareness and Mathematics. 

Clear your concept from basic books 

I suggest you to use NCERT BOOKS ,RS Agarwal maths.

For General knowledge, please make a habit of  reading  newspaper daily 

For English practice on antonyms and synonym .You can refer to NORMAN LEWIS - word power made easy.

Solve at least five previous years' papers. This will help you identify your level of preparation along with your strengths and weaknesses. Post analysis, you can work on your weaker areas too.

Good to hear that you have set your goal to achieve a career through GATE.

firstly, make sure you choose the field(as you belong to core field of engineering,Civil) in which you want to see yourself, as cracking  GATE with great score can land in good PSU's,IES,ESE and other public and govt. sectors.

Also, you can have a career in your area of expertise with Masters in Technology(MTech).
