First of all DDCE, Utkal University doesn't offer LLB in distance mode, moreover if you're interested in pursuing law please do so through regular mode because law program in distance mode isn't recognized by Bar Council of India, also law as a subject isn't just about theoretical knowledge but their is practical applications too.

Just to provide you detailed information regarding this, the eligibility criteria for three year LLB program is candidate needs to passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reognized university with 45% marks and in case reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU and BHU require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require only 45% marks in graduation.

LSAT, its entrance scores are accepted by many universities

You haven't mention you're seeking admission in which discipline of PG Program.

Anyway,IGNOU is considered as one of the best university in terms of distance education, also it has study centre in Raebareli, you can try for that. It offers PG courses in various disciplines.

Hi Abhay!! Hope you are doing well!! NMIMS is a very reputed College and it has been rated A+ by NAAC. It has great resources and good materials for studying mba. Welingkar is also a goo College, but it doesn't have good reputation compared to nmims and it also has loweer placements than nmims . Nmims has a great placement records . So I would say, nmims would be better for mba course.

Yes, almost in every state there is at least one examination centre of Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Some of the states have 4-5 exam centres like Gujrat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh etc. Though that is a tentative list and may change while booking of exam slots in real time. There is an international exam centre in Dubai also.
