The answer is yes you can change but the process is too lengthy.You need to have good score in your previous paper.Your college and university must issue you NOC and migration .Even this is not enough where you want to take admission you need to check at first that the college and university is allowing you or not .Because there are several university which doesn't allow .So this would be your duty to do all of these then only it may be possible.Your college must allow you to leave and the college where you are going to take admission ,they must accept your canditure.
